Let the arts become the mirror of the society and society for the arts. They are not merely for entertainment or hobby
but it is sadhna, the worship. Understand the nature, temperament, and creation of the artist, you will understand the truth.

Why the cultural colors of the country are faint ? Why differences, disrespect are growing between Guru & disciples ? Why the
roots of Indian theatre are loosing their ground, lost their hold on people? Why the dances do not get involved in social issues?
When do the painting, art forms become a medium of Pooja? Why the country is getting away from the arts and artists? Why?
Why? There are numerous, infinite questions which prick and set us wondering.

  

To find answers, we met outstanding artists, giants, legends of the country, like Mrinalini Sarabhai, Pt. Kishan Maharaj, Habib
Tanvir, Mahasundri Devi, Sharon Prabhakar, Javed Akhtar, Lila Samson, Anita Pasricha, Atul Desai & others, to judge the truth
inherit in their creations. Their answers bewilder & stagger us. They are the crest. They are themselves poetry, not a poem,
not even a book of poems.

Each episode has conversation with artists & their creation, has been shot live to enable us to understand the truth latent
in creation. The artists have been kept free from the tension of language.The serial has been conceptualized, designed and
produced according to international perspective and standards, shooted in High Band U-Matic & Betacam. There are 26 episodes
of 23 minutes each.

The distinguished technicians have proved quite well their talent and abilities. This had been produced by Devendra Aashi,
Vinoo Mahonar & Manan Manohar. Internationally Known arts historian and eminent film practitioner Aashi Manohar has
anchored & directed this serial, show, who has been awarded in many fields. Each episode has developed its own distinctive
form & style. This leads to freshness & freedom from monotony.The serial will benefit not only connoisseurs of art but also
the common men.
